Abstract
This article describes the major studies that are most frequently known by their acronyms. Studies that are completed, currently underway, and anticipated to start soon are included. A description of the study design, outcomes when available, and funding sources is provided. The article also provides references regarding where to find information about participating in upcoming studies.
